Not to bring out a dead post, but they are apparently doing a colored remastering of Ultra Q for DVD and Blu-Ray now.

You might have better luck giving Vimeo a shot, or Megavideo. They're less likely to delete your stuff and your account if they find toku on your channel.

There is no way that a beginner like me (I spent two years on a base in Okinawa and only managed to pick up a handfull of words) could hope to even start on fansubbing, unless it was typesetting or timing or something. I certainly don't blame them. I've seen the process you subbers go through, and anyone who did it that swiftly would surely burn out. It's why I'm happy with the average speed everyone else has, because at least I know they aren't gonna crash and burn in the middle of a series.
